Key ResponsibilitiesPlan, manage, and optimize paid media campaigns across channels such as Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, Shopee.Lazada and brand.cpm
Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and SEO/SEM to maximize campaign efficiency.
Monitor daily performance, analyze campaign data, and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
Collaborate with creative and content teams to develop high-performing ad creatives and landing pages.
Track and report on KPIs including CPA, ROAS, CTR, and conversion rates.
Stay updated with digital marketing trends, platform updates, and best practices to keep campaigns competitive.
Conduct A/B testing for ads, copy, and landing pages to optimize conversion performance.
Work closely with the sales and product teams to align marketing strategies with business goals.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in performance marketing, digital advertising, or paid media.
Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, and other digital advertising platforms.
Analytical mindset with experience using tools like Google Analytics, GA4, and data visualization dashboards.
Proficiency in campaign tracking, attribution models, and pixel/UTM setup.
Excellent communication and project management skills.
Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
