Responsibilities
Supervise all production activities in the can line packaging towards the achievement of the objective in producing continuously the required volume of full goods, effectively and at optimum cost and with meet quality standards and KPI target.
Lead, supervise, coach operation team and control the output to achieve production plans, quality standards and safety demands.
Lead the productivity improvement initiatives and support the activities to build team awareness on continuous improvement as well as driving team engagement.
Provide training, direction, development and mentoring to operators regarding ISO system and improve operators' skills.
Collaborate with engineering group to ensure all equipment and machine components in the packaging line are in good operating condition and address the problems encountered with regards to their performance correctly.
Collaborate with the quality assurance department with regards to quality monitoring results and coordinates in maintaining established standards of quality for all manufactured products.
Analyze and report performance using various data in real production environment to determine possible deviation/variance and propose of appropriate actions.
Manage and support next level supervision to ensure the operations are complying with local foods, environment and safety laws, regulations and standards.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Production Engineering, Industrial Engineering or a related field.
5-7 years' experience working in Packaging business, Food industries, Aluminium Packaging or related field.
Have leadership skills and Strong planning, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Good knowledge of Quality Management System, GMP, FSSC2200 ISO9001, ISO14001 and HACCP/BRC systems.
A mindset focused on process improvement and efficiency.
Good English communication in writing and speaking, including report writing skills. (Refer to TOEIC 550 score).
