Knowledge of SPC capability analysis- Problem solving technique tool ( GR&R, FMEA, 8D, 5Why analysis, etc ) - Root cause analysis skill, Green belt knowledge is applicable. - Directs the daily activities of the quality team (IQA/PQA/OQA), ensures quality process and standards. May lead team in the development of the quality performance. Provides hiring, promotion and disciplinary action recommendations, as well as performance evaluation and feedback for direct reports. - Ensures that the audit plan is regularly conducted; acts as audit leader and ensures follow up on audit findings. Implements actions to ensure the effectiveness of the QMS for the assigned site Maintains the quality planning system. Develops quality KPI target; may act as quality engineer for quality planning, also have the ability to instruct quality engineers- Directs the daily quality performance, ensures the quality process and standards are met. May lead team in the development of the quality performance. Follows A3 or 8D to lead the problem analysis with team;- Manages customer line and field quality issues, lead quality engineer for corrective and preventive actions.
