Our client is providing cutting-edge biotech solutions for the agriculture and pet food industries with dynamic and innovative technology covering OEM & ODM products for crop protection, immune booster, vitamin added plantatuion, pet nutrition & health, vaccine and pet cosmeticeuticals. company is looking for a highly motivated & experienced candidate for the position of Sales Manager to join with the team.

Job Description:
Driving revenue growth by acquiring new B2B clients and nurturing existing relationships to expand the market presence and establishing company's biotechnology products and solution as a leader in the industry
Building sales team as well as business development strategy.
Being responsible for the full sales cycle, from lead generation and prospecting to closing deals and managing client relationships.
Identifying and qualifying potential B2B clients in the agriculture and pet food sectors (e.g., farm, agriculture companies, feed manufacturers, pet food companies, distributors, retailers). With 80% on hunting sales and 20% on existing clients.
Developing and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve aggressive growth targets.
Conduct thorough market research to understand customer needs, competitive landscape, and industry trends.
Proactively prospect for new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, industry events, and online resources.
Preparing and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals that showcase the value proposition of our products and solutions.
Negotiating contracts and closing deals, ensuring favorable terms and conditions.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.
Identifying opportunities to expand business with current clients through upselling and cross-selling.
Providing ongoing support and ensure client satisfaction.
Collaborating with internal teams (e.g., technical support, R&D, marketing, production, finance & accounting, etc.) to address client needs and resolve any issues.
Monitoring client performance and provide regular updates to management.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Agriculture, Animal Science, or a related field preferred.
Minimum 7 years of experience in sales management or a similar role.
Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably in the agriculture, pet food, or related industries.
Existing network of contacts in the agriculture and/or pet food industry is preferable
Experience selling biotech or other innovative solutions is a plus.
Basic knowledge of animal nutrition or agricultural practices
Strong understanding of the agriculture and/or pet food markets.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
Good English with excellent communication and negotiation skills
Self-starter with a passion for innovation and a desire to contribute to the growth of a fast-paced startup.
Ability to travel to visit clients and observe market.
