Sales Manager - Biotech Agriculture & Pet Food Solutions Provider

Our client is providing cutting-edge biotech solutions for the agriculture and pet food industries with dynamic and innovative technology covering OEM & ODM products for crop protection, immune booster, vitamin added plantatuion, pet nutrition & health, vaccine and pet cosmeticeuticals. company is looking for a highly motivated & experienced candidate for the position of Sales Manager to join with the team. 

Location: Bangtanai, Pakked, Nonthaburi

Salary: Negotiable 

Job Description:

  • Driving revenue growth by acquiring new B2B clients and nurturing existing relationships to expand the market presence and establishing company's biotechnology products and solution as a leader in the industry

  • Building sales team as well as business development strategy.

  • Being responsible for the full sales cycle, from lead generation and prospecting to closing deals and managing client relationships.

  • Identifying and qualifying potential B2B clients in the agriculture and pet food sectors (e.g., farm, agriculture companies, feed manufacturers, pet food companies, distributors, retailers). With 80% on hunting sales and 20% on existing clients.

  • Developing and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve aggressive growth targets.

  • Conduct thorough market research to understand customer needs, competitive landscape, and industry trends.

  • Proactively prospect for new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, industry events, and online resources.

  • Preparing and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals that showcase the value proposition of our products and solutions.

  • Negotiating contracts and closing deals, ensuring favorable terms and conditions.

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.

  • Identifying opportunities to expand business with current clients through upselling and cross-selling.

  • Providing ongoing support and ensure client satisfaction.

  • Collaborating with internal teams (e.g., technical support, R&D, marketing, production, finance & accounting, etc.) to address client needs and resolve any issues.

  • Monitoring client performance and provide regular updates to management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Agriculture, Animal Science, or a related field preferred.

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in sales management or a similar role.

  • Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably in the agriculture, pet food, or related industries.

  • Existing network of contacts in the agriculture and/or pet food industry is preferable

  • Experience selling biotech or other innovative solutions is a plus.

  • Basic knowledge of animal nutrition or agricultural practices

  • Strong understanding of the agriculture and/or pet food markets.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.

  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently. 

  • Good English with excellent communication and negotiation skills

  • Self-starter with a passion for innovation and a desire to contribute to the growth of a fast-paced startup.

  • Ability to travel to visit clients and observe market.
