About the role
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Business Development (Partnership) to drive the growth of our digital transformation consulting firm. The candidate will be responsible for forging strategic partnerships, enhancing the partner ecosystem, generating sales opportunities, and managing partner incentives effectively. This is a pivotal role that bridges partner relationships with business growth.
Work you will do
1. Partner Ecosystem Development
Identify, recruit, and onboard strategic partners to expand the firm's ecosystem.
Build and nurture strong relationships with partners to foster collaboration and mutual growth.
Conduct partner performance reviews and identify areas for improvement.
2. Sales Enablement and Revenue Generation
Collaborate with partners to identify and pursue new sales opportunities.
Develop joint go-to-market strategies with key partners to increase sales.
Work with internal sales teams to align partnership goals with revenue targets.
3. Incentive Management and Tracking
Develop and manage partner incentive programs to drive engagement and performance.
Monitor and track partner activities, incentives, and results, ensuring ROI for all initiatives.
Ensure compliance with partner agreements and incentive policies.
4. Strategic Planning and Reporting
Analyze market trends and competitor partnerships to identify opportunities for differentiation.
Prepare detailed reports on partnership performance and sales contributions.
Provide insights and recommendations to leadership on partnership strategy.

Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
2 years of experience in partnership management, sales coordinator or business development in a technology or consulting firm.
Proven track record of driving growth through strategic relationships and partnerships.
