As an organization, we are united through trust as one inclusive, diverse team, and we are passionate about helping our colleagues and clients succeed. **What the day will look like** Oversee developing and initiate the insurance business professional service including create relationship and enhance the client loyalty toward for the company by challenging with the businesses opportunity to meet line of business goals for revenue, brokerage, fees as well as budget and allocated expenses for the operation and processing units. **MAIN DUTIES & ACCOUNTABILITIES** - Maintain and develop client relationship with professional service, sales and processing plans within prescribed companys framework, ensuring that those action are supportive with the initiative idea or required by the company; performance standards are established; results by product line and distribution channel are monitored, and corrective action taken as required. This includes, strategic and campaign planning, budgeting and forecasting activities. - Research and develop strategy to generate new businesses, achieve penetration businesses as well as maintain renewal businesses. - Proactive for client responsiveness including identify the need of client in various external environment and transfer to the insurance mechanism which update insurance products/design/modified with the insurance company for achieving the company revenue/budget. - Establish long term relationship, implement and communicate with major corporate account including enhance the customer service and procedures, response timetables and quantity and quality standards to maximize benefit for the company. - Establish and maintain the relationship with the insurers or related parties in order to get good support on the business as well as market knowledge updates. - Assist Director, Manager, Marketing and Team develop the strategy, in conjunction with regional. - Ensure positive and profitable relationship with profit producing producers, sponsors, associations, direct clients, regulatory agencies, and professional groups. - Fully coordinate with company policy on all internal processes, compliance, Aon Connect, and all other non-negotiable policies as required by local, regional and global office. - Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. - Plan and allocate resources to effectively staff and accomplish the work to meet departmental productivity and quality goals. - Accomplishes financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.
  • *Skills and experience that will lead to successBachelors degree or higher in any field, preferable in insurance or risk management
  • At least 10 years experience in insurance industry
  • Proficient in English and Thai communication
  • Good interpersonal & communication skills
  • Highly Motivated, Team-player
  • Strong Analytical capabilities
  • Ability to make Client presentations
