Job PurposeUsing latest technologies and trends to design and develop solutions to support and enhance businesses and operation at AWC. Technology solutions include Mobile and Web application, Backend, Database, API, Workflow, RPA, SAP, non SAP and cloud-based solution. The position is required not only to be responsible for carrying out individual projects but help contribute ideas and opinions to help shape the actual output of the team.
Responsibilities
Understand business requirement, transform it into technical requirements and design proper solutions. Defines and plans the development approach for larger projects/solutions through smaller developments using object-oriented design skills.
Design, Develop, Implement and/or work with vendors to deliver technology solutions that meet with business requirements. Ensure the deliverable of technology solutions.
Governance developer work & quality through coaching and reviewing of solution design and solution coding to ensure the completeness, effectiveness, and sustainability for the implementation of proposed appropriate solution.
Create and maintain throughout the project lifecycle related documents including the Solution Design Document (SDD), detailed solution process flows, process and technical specification, test procedures and scenarios for user acceptance test as well as other test results.
Work in a project based organization to deliver within defined project plan and constraints, as well as communicating any identified project risks and issues to project manager.
Provide technical supports as required.
Lead the investigation and detailed analysis of Incidents and process exceptions including applying a strategic approach to root cause analysis.
Qualifications
Bachelor or master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or relevant field.
Experience in software and web development, database systems, API, cloud-computing, workflow, automation and systems to support business operations/ improvement.
Excellent in software design and development.
Collaborating with partners to design, implement and deliver technology solutions.
Strong in communication, can explain problems and solutions in a way that non-IT users can easily understand.
Positive mind-set with can-do attitude.
Strong in Thai and English communication.
Continuously learning, following trends and technologies.
