Responsibilities:

●      Drive Sales Through online and offline channel

●      Drive business growth through finding and working closely with business partner

●      Take care and build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication during sales and after sales

●      Handle customer inquiries professionally and efficiently.

●      Provide aftersales assistance, including troubleshooting, technical support, and product maintenance guidance with the support from engineering team

●      Drive online marketing with the support from marketing team (Facebook page, group and website)

●      Drive parts sales through online marketplace Ex. Ebay

● Conduct in-person product presentations, on-site visits, and face-to-face customer engagements to strengthen relationships and better understand customer needs

Qualifications:

 *Work Arrangement: Hybrid Working (Monday to Friday, weekends off)

●      Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field

●      Confident, energetic with strong presentation and negotiation skills

●      Good knowledge or experience in the automotive industry is preferable
