Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage and support TikTok Affiliate campaigns, including onboarding creators and promoting products via TikTok Shop.
2. Research and identify potential TikTok Creators/Influencers to join affiliate campaigns based on Brand/Product fit.
3. Generate and update affiliate links through TikTok Shop or relevant platforms.
4. Monitor campaign performance such as clicks, sales, conversions, and commissions.
5. Coordinate with internal teams (content, design, product) to prepare marketing materials for creators.
6. Communicate with creators to provide product details, promotion guidelines, and campaign requirements.
7. Create weekly performance reports and provide insights for optimization.
8. Stay up to date with TikTok trends, creator marketing strategies, and affiliate innovations.
Job Specification
Qualifications:
1. 0-1 year of experience (experience with TikTok, TikTok Shop, or affiliate marketing is a plus).
2. Basic understanding of TikTok Shop and affiliate marketing mechanisms.
3. Strong communication and negotiation skills.
4. Passionate about Social Media, Creator/Influencer trends, and digital marketing.
5. Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets (basic-intermediate level).
6. Experience with TikTok Creator Marketplace (TCM) or TikTok Shop backend is a plus.
