Overview: 

Shipping Executive is a key contributor in shipping Function of the Supply chain. You Shall assist the Supply Chain Manager in managing daily shipping function for the company ensuring that the Shipping Processes are running efficiently and meeting all the needs of the Company.. You will be ensuring that the complete orders are shipped and delivered by the logistics partners at the right time within optimal cost incurred to the company.

Responsibilities: Import Shipments

• Responsible for supporting the Assistant Shipping Manager in the Import process of Commercial & Non-Commercial Goods from various origins 

• Responsible for Coordinating with the Forwarders / Retail Team / Project Team on the Shipment status

Documentation & Reporting

• Reviewing the quotations for the rates and its concurrence to the ongoing Ocean / Airfreight rates in the market.

• Reviewing the shipment documents for its accuracy and alignment to meet the Customs and local Government regulations

• Ensuring timely validation of all the freight / other shipment related Invoices for its accuracy

• Support the Asst Shipping Manager in preparing the weekly Customs duty requirement document and the Monthly Shipping report.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Logistics or Supply Chain or related .

• Minimum of 4 years of Independently managing the whole Shipping Function of the company (Preferably Retail) including coordination with the Port / Customs, other govt Authorities & Regulatory departments

• Working with SAP systems is an advantage.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, both in English & Thai

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
