Sourcing&partnership Management Manager(Cosmetics)

**Industry**: Trading(Cosmetics/Healthcare) - ** Job Description**: - Sourcing - Searching for products and contacting distributors of brands, cosmetics, skincare, perfumes in order to bring products to sell in various channels of the company - Follow the situation, trend of the product and able to bring products to be sold in a timely manner - Able to monitor products and pushing existing products - Develop strategies to build and maintain good relationships between the company and its partners or business partners - Negotiate and protect both profits and product samples of the company - Prepare a report and summarize the results of contacting with the brand including other related information to the management on a weekly and monthly basis - New Product Development - Offer interesting products that should be ordered for both Skincare and Food supplement - Plan to develop new products, both Skincare and Food supplement for the next year - Importation - Offer to import interesting products from Korea, Japan - Study and plan to import the cosmetics, dietary supplements from oversea - Focusing on products that are in trend and compare with cost, margin - ** Requirement**: - Bachelors degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing or related fields - At least 3-5 years of experience in Purchasing, Sourcing, Import - Experienced in cosmetic business or beauty would be an advantage - Good in using Microsoft Office, Google Sheets and basic programs - Have a good communication and negotiation skills - Leadership (able to manage work and teams) - Meticulous and good at solving problems and able to prioritize works - Listening and open-minded for other peoples opinions, ideas and perspectives to find the best approach or solution and respect decision of others - Working well under pressure, timely and able to manage multiple projects at the same time - Honesty, diligent, patient and responsible for duties good human relations and have a good attitude - ** English Level**: Level 4 - Conversational Level - ** Other Language**: English - ** Working Hour**: 10.00 ~ 19.00 - ** Holiday**: Sat-Sun Public holiday - ** Benefit**: - Social Security - Performance Bonus 2-3 months (last year) - Quarter Bonus - Salary adjustment - Holidays - Annual Leave (After pass probation) - Diligence Allowance - Employee discount 2,400 THB/year - Birthday Pocket money 1,000 THB - Outing Trip and etc..
