SUPPLY PLANNING SUPERVISOR Mccormick (Thailand) Ltd. **Role & Responsibilities**: Coordinates and manage daily activities of USA shipments with suppliers and agent in Thailand to ensure shipment will be shipped on time. Review shipping documents for China copackers to send to ITC-US and send invoices to AP. Review, coordinate and follow up with AP-McCormick to monitor payment process will be on time as per payment terms. Update capacity / capability of suppliers. Review and analysis Forecast VS Actual Shipped Making decisions and solving problems on daily job. Support CCI project Training suppliers for supply chain activities to improve supplier performance Responsible for ensuring that proper shipping methods / co - packer are being utilized Manage relationship with suppliers and suppliers performance Support for New product launch product on time. Collect data of RM, PM, Labor cost and/or key situation update as impact with product cost and supply. And release Newsletter by Quarterly Prepare report as assigned and Responsible of all other duties as all tasks as assigned. **Qualification**: At least 7 years experience in import - export procedure in food business, logistics and customers clearance. Good knowledge in export business and supply chain, logistics and customs clearance. Knowledge about Logistic, export business and supply chain, logistics and customs clearance. Ability to build close relationship and working well with Thai suppliers and overseas customers. Work well under pressure to meet customers requirement and deadline. Positive thinking, systematic thinking, self motivate, strong leadership competency, effective problem solving ability, effective time management, decision making, organization skill, tolerant and flexible in different situations.
