บำรุงรักษาและแก้ไข ระบบสาธารณูปโภคในอาคารให้อยู่ในสภาพพร้อมที่จะใช้งานตลอดเวลา ปิด-เปิด ระบบอุปกรณ์ไฟฟ้า / เครื่องกล ตามกำหนดเวลาที่กำหนด ตรวจเช็คและบำรุงรักษางานระบบอาคารทั้งหมด ตามตารางที่กำหนด ดูแลซ่อมแซมงานระบบที่สามารถดำเนินการ โดยช่างอาคารได้ ประสานงานกับผู้รับเหมา ในส่วนเกี่ยวข้องกับงานระบบต่างๆ ในอาคาร จดบันทึกข้อมูลการทำงานของระบบและอุปกรณ์ไฟฟ้า/เครื่องกล บริการลูกค้าของอาคาร ให้ได้รับความสะดวกรวดเร็วในด้านสาธารณูปโภค เช่น ไฟฟ้า, ประปาโทรศัพท์ และด้านสุขาภิบาล รายงานโดยตรงต่อหัวหน้าช่าง งานอื่นๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
