หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

• ต้อนรับและกล่าวทักทายลูกค้าอย่างสุภาพและเป็นมิตร

• ให้บริการเสิร์ฟที่มีประสิทธิภาพและเอาใจใส่ รวมถึงรับออเดอร์ เสิร์ฟอาหารและเครื่องดื่ม และดูแลความพึงพอใจของลูกค้า

• รักษาความสะอาดและความเป็นระเบียบของพื้นที่บริการ ดูแลการจัดโต๊ะและเก็บโต๊ะอย่างรวดเร็ว

• จัดการรับชำระเงินอย่างถูกต้องและดำเนินการธุรกรรมได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ ต้องมีความรู้พื้นฐานเกี่ยวกับคอมพิวเตอร์และระบบ POS

• ช่วยงานด้านอื่น ๆ เช่น เติมสต๊อกอุปกรณ์และทำงานเสริมต่าง ๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมาย

คุณสมบัติที่เราต้องการ

• มีทักษะในการแก้ปัญหาและตัดสินใจ เพื่อจัดการคำขอลูกค้าและแก้ไขปัญหาได้อย่างเหมาะสม

• มีความละเอียดรอบคอบและสามารถทำงานหลายอย่างพร้อมกันได้ในสภาพแวดล้อมที่รวดเร็ว

• มีทัศนคติเชิงบวกและใส่ใจในการมอบประสบการณ์ที่ดีให้ลูกค้า

• มีความสามารถด้านภาษาอังกฤษและภาษาไทย

About the role

Saigon Recipe Co.,Ltd' is seeking a passionate and experienced Waitress to join our dynamic team at our restaurant in Sathon Bangkok. As a full-time Waitress, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a growing hospitality business and contribute to the success of our establishment.

Foreigners are welcome if you speak and read Thai fluently.

What you'll be doing

1. Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner

2. Provide efficient and attentive table service, including taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring guest satisfaction

3. Maintain a clean and well-organised dining area, ensuring tables are set and reset promptly

4. Handle payments accurately and process transactions efficiently. A basic knowledge of PC and POS systems is required.

5. Assist with side duties such as restocking supplies and completing side-work tasks.

6. Communicate effectively with the kitchen and other team members to ensure smooth operations.

7. Respond to customer inquiries and address any concerns promptly and professionally.

8. Prepare simple drinks and desserts.

What we're looking for

1. Previous experience as a Waitress or in a similar customer service role in the hospitality industry

2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide friendly and attentive service

3. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities to handle customer requests and resolve any issues

4. Keen attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

5. A positive attitude for delivering exceptional customer experiences

6. Proficiency in English and Thai language skills
