About the role
We are looking for an experienced Anodize Manager to lead and control production processes, reduce NG problems, and drive KPI achievements.What you'll be doing
Control production according to the defined work plan.Identify, solve, and present solutions for production issues.Provide leadership and ensure team performance.Reduce NG (non-good) problems in the anodizing process to meet KPI targets.What we're looking for
Bachelor's degree in a related field.Minimum 10 years of work experience, with at least 7 years in a management role.At least 5 years of experience in the anodizing process within manufacturing.Knowledge of ISO9001, QCC, QC7 tools, Calibration, and 5W1H.Proficient in MS Office.Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills; able to work under pressure.Good command of English.What we offer
