This role demands strong relationship-building skills, business acumen, and a deep understanding of the entertainment industry landscape, especially in the K-pop and Southeast Asian marketsResponsibilities:1.

Commercial Strategy

• Develop and implement commercial strategies aimed at increasing revenue and expanding market reach for THEBLACKSEA and its roster of artists.
• Utilize market insights and industry trends to identify opportunities for sales optimization in the K-pop and SEA markets.2.

Partnership Development

• Identify, negotiate, and establish strategic partnerships with media outlets, brands, influencers, and other stakeholders to enhance market presence and generate sales.
• Ensure partnerships contribute to THEBLACKSEA's commercial goals, with a focus on mutually beneficial agreements.3.

Sales & Revenue Growth

• Collaborate with BD team to design and implement partnership-driven revenue models and drive revenue generation through successful partnership activities.4.

Brand Management & Commercial Alignment

• Maintain brand consistency across all partnership and commercial activities to strengthen market positioning.
• Oversee the creation of sales and marketing materials that effectively communicate THEBLACKSEA's value proposition to partners and clients.5.

Performance Monitoring & Reporting

• Track partnership performance, focusing on sales metrics and revenue impact
• Provide regular reports and actionable insights to the leadership team, identifying areas for improvement and growth opportunities6.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with internal teams, including BD, marketing, and creative, to align partnership strategies with broader company goals.

Must-Have Skills:

• Proven experience (5 years) in a senior marketing and brand partnership role, preferably within entertainment, music, or related industries.
• Demonstrated success in developing and executing strategic partnerships to enhance brand visibility and market penetration.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Creative thinker with a passion for K-pop and the entertainment industry.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (advanced degree preferred).
