Key Responsibilities
Drive new business opportunities through product development and strategic partnerships.
Develop & Execute sales plans, channels, and customer targets.
Build & Maintain strong relationships with key customers.
Manage sales budgets and Achieve financial targets.
Provide market and competitor insights to Shape pricing strategy and Maximize profit.
Recommend innovative products and services to meet market demands.
Lead & Coordinate cross-functional teams (Actuarial, Marketing, Underwriting, Compliance, Operations) to successfully Launch projects.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Insurance, Statistics, Actuarial Science, Economics, or a related field.
At least 5 years experience in Strategy, Business Development or related field with Insurance industry
Innovative thinking, Analytical-minded, Independent, Self-motivated, Results-oriented and Dynamic person
Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
