CNC Manager(Chonburi)Job Description:To lead our team and oversee the operations of our CNC department.Hands-on CNC experience and have a passion for managing and developing a team.Lead, supervise, and motivate a team of CNC operators and technicians.Ensure efficient and accurate operation of CNC machines and equipment.Oversee the maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of CNC machines
Implement best practices and ensure adherence to quality control standards
Manage workflow and prioritize tasks to meet production goals
Train and mentor junior staff members
Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations
Able to operate CNC machine & able to program CNC machine
Qualifications:15+ years of hands-on experience with CNC machinery and operations. Experience in using CNC as a production. Would be an advantage with basic experience with CadCam software.
Experience in managing up. Able to communicate in English and Thai is advantage. Managing and Measuring WorkMust have working/management experience in Asia.
