Job Purpose
Data Analyst will work at the intersection of data and business strategy, using business analysis, statistics, data visualization, and data lake technology to solve complex problems. This position will report to the Head of Enterprise Data Analytics. Directly influence key decisions and drive innovations in AWC products and services.
Key Role
Understand business objectives and challenges. Propose potential data visualization solutions to address business challenges
Discuss with process owners and data engineers to determine data sources and data collection process. Perform data cleansing, data wrangling to ensure data quality before analysis
Develop, maintain, and improve data visualization dashboard. Ensure alignment between business goal and dashboard objective
Translate insights from data visualization into business action using BI tools for process owners.
Develop data literacy and promote utilization of data visualization and business intelligence for AWC's employees via using 70:20:10 framework
Qualification
Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field such as: Data Science, Statistics Mathematics ,Computer Science.
Working Experience 2- 5 years in data analysis
