Role and Responsibilities:We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Electrical Engineer to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting the design, development, and maintenance of various electrical systems, as well as preparing documentation and work summaries, supervising site activities, and ensuring smooth workflow. You will work closely with experienced engineers, gaining valuable hands-on experience and developing your skills in a supportive environment.
Create 2D and 3D layouts for electrical equipment, including designing and developing electrical circuits, control panels, and various electrical systems according to specifications.
Prepare electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and all related technical documentation.
Prepare work summaries, BOQ, Equipment Specification and progress reports for relevant stakeholders.
Supervise and manage on-site work to ensure smooth execution.
Participate in the installation, testing of various systems, and troubleshooting of electrical systems both on-site and in the field.
Conduct preventive maintenance and perform troubleshooting on electrical equipment and systems.
Collect data, analyze issues, and propose solutions to improve system performance and reliability.
Effectively coordinate with other engineering disciplines (e.g., civil, mechanical, Piping) and production teams (internal), as well as external stakeholders, to ensure project success.
Learn and strictly adhere to all relevant safety standards and electrical codes.
Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Power Electrical Engineer
0-2 years of professional experience (Recent graduates are highly encouraged to apply).
Foundational understanding of electrical engineering principles, electronic circuits, and control systems.
Proficiency in electrical design software (e.g., AutoCAD Electrical, PLC, 2D, 3D) or circuit simulation tools is a plus.
Eagerness to learn, highly motivated, and committed to continuous professional development.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Excellent teamwork and effective communication skills.
Ability to travel to project sites as needed (if applicable).
Excellent leadership and coordination skills with team members and stakeholders.
Good command of spoken and written English is a plus.
Knowledge and ability to use Microsoft Project, Microsoft Teams, and Microsoft SharePoint.
Good organization.
