Responsibilities:
Manage import shipments for the overall operations of the Thai DENSO group (comprising eight companies), with a focus on both air and sea shipments from China.
Verify import shipping documents, including Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, Air Waybill, FTA Form, and Import License.
Coordinate with overseas suppliers, freight forwarders, shipping agents, and relevant parties to ensure smooth import operations and compliance with Thai customs regulations.
Collaborate with the customs team to address and resolve disputes related to HS codes, permission controls (TISI, CBWM, Excise), and other regulatory requirements.
Review and confirm related documents and billing prior to progressing with processes such as BOI release Orders, E-payments, and issuing billing statements, and provide these to the relevant departments.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualification:
Bachelor's degree in general management, International Business, International Logistics, English, or a related field
Knowledge of FTA (Form D, E, AI, JTEPA) and H.S. code classification would be an advantage
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PPT)
Good command both of written and spoken English
TOEIC score 500 up
Good attitude, self-motivated, dynamic, hard-working, and able to work under pressure and flexible hours
Has an own car and driving license
