Executive Assistant

**Who Youll Work With**: - You will be based in our Bangkok office. You will be supporting senior colleagues and teams in serving our clients and managing our firm effectively. - In this role, you will work closely with your team leaders, managers, other assistants, relevant consulting / non-consulting colleagues as well as external client team members. As a key representative and thought partner for your supported colleagues and teams, you need to ensure everything is in order as well as provide independent advice to them to optimize internal /external efficiency, goodwill and relationships. - Being a team player will be instrumental in the role. The ability to be flexible is essential given the fast-moving environment while all the time maintaining our firms high standards regarding client and internal confidentiality. **What Youll Do**: - You would be responsible to ensure that everything is in order with regards to scheduling meeting and calendar. - You will manage calendar and travel to help organize and leverage supported colleagues time effectively. You will often need to manage multiple streams of work simultaneously plus have strong ownership and accountability. - You will be responsible for Info/correspondence management, maintain significant volumes of communications on behalf of supported colleagues. You will also be required to develop strong ongoing rapport / relationships with counterpart assistants supporting client executives. - Other than this you would be responsible for value-added content/process support, produce accurate, properly formatted documents and reports, frequently under tight time constraints; where needed, support the planning and execution of major projects, conferences and other off-site meetings; provide other back up support / coverage. **Qualifications**: - Graduate or similar degree with EA experience of 3+ years - Excellent administrative and organization skills - Detail-oriented and able to prioritize and multitask - Track record of demonstrated ownership, responsibility and accountability - Excellent communication skills in Thai and English; both verbal and written - Ability to anticipate and meet the needs of individuals/colleagues - Highly professional; strong customer service mindset and style - Positive attitude; ability to establish relationships both with local colleagues and those working in other offices - Ability to work expertly and effectively in a dynamic, deadline-driven, high-pressure environment - Inventive in problem solving; high tolerance for ambiguity - Excellent professional standards, discernment and discretion when taking care of sensitive information - Flexible to work outside working hours when required
