Group Manager for Advance Development (72610)

About the role

We are seeking a Group Manager for Advance Development to lead module design and innovation projects in the HVAC and appliance industry. This role requires strong cross-functional leadership, a deep understanding of modular design, and coordination with global partners to ensure high-performance and manufacturable solutions.

What youll be doing

• Manage Module development projects to ensure alignment with project plans and schedules

• Collaborate with engineers and all stakeholders to gather requirements and define module specifications

• Coordinate between departments, including suppliers and partners

• Risk Management and develop strategies to address challenges

• Control project budgets and report project status to management

• Promote process improvement, teamwork, and ongoing efficiency enhancements

• Promote the growth of the team and member

What were looking for

• English: Conversational level up *Need to communicate with supplier in English

• Experience in project management, particularly in product development, at least 3 years

• Experience in designing motor (air-conditioner and electrical appliance)

• Understanding of Design for Manufacturing processes and analysis methods such as FMEA or DRBFM

• Basic knowledge of Unit (Refrigerant cycle) for air-conditioners and electrical appliance design

• Basic knowledge of Chassis for air-conditioner and electrical appliance design

• Understanding of the Modular design method, which can optimize DTC between raw material and manufacturing

• Understanding of air conditioning systems or the HVAC industry

• Japanese skill
