Manager for Motor Development (71970)

About the role

We are seeking a Manager for Motor Development to lead cross-functional motor design projects from concept to completion. You will manage timelines, budgets, technical coordination, and risk, while driving innovation and supporting team development in the air-conditioning and electrical appliance industry.

What youll be doing

• Manage motor development projects to ensure alignment with project plans and schedules

• Collaborate with engineers, and all stakeholders to gather requirements and define motor specifications

• Coordinate between departments, including suppliers and partners

• Risk Management and develop strategies to address challenges

• Control project budgets and report project status to management

• Promote process improvement, teamwork, and ongoing efficiency enhancements

• Promote the growth of the team and member

What were looking for

• English: Conversational level up

• Experience in project management, particularly in product development at least 3 years.

• Experience in designing motor (air-conditioner and electrical appliance)

• Basic knowledge of analysis methods such as FMEA or DRBFM

• Understanding of motor manufacturing and testing processes, including quality standard requirements

• Understanding of air conditioning systems or the HVAC industry
