About the role
Join Avery Media Thailand as a Human Resource Assistant and play a key role in shaping the future of our growing business. In this full-time position based in Lat Phrao, Bangkok, you will support our HR team in delivering exceptional people management services to our dynamic workforce. With a focus on recruitment, onboarding, and employee data management, you'll be an integral part of ensuring our talented team is well taken care of.
What you'll be doing
Assist in the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews
Onboard new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organisation
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation
Support the HR team in the implementation of HR policies and procedures
Collaborate with departmental managers to understand staffing needs and facilitate internal mobility
Provide general HR administrative support as needed
What we're looking for
0-1 years of experience in a similar HR assistant recrument role
Strong organisational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritise effectively
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Thai and English
Proficient in using HR-related software and Microsoft Office suite
A team player with a customer-centric approach and a keen eye for detail
Knowledge of Thai labour laws and HR best practices is preferred
