What you will doDiagnose and troubleshoot drone issues on-site and remotely.
Inspect, repair, and maintain drones to ensure safety and performance.
Collaborate with Engineering, Operations, and Suppliers on tests and product validation.
Conduct hardware/software testing and provide technical reports.
Create and update technical documents, SOPs, and training manuals.
Suggest process improvements to boost efficiency and reduce costs.

Bachelor's degree in engineering, mechatronics, aviation, or related field.
3-5 years' experience in drone/UAV maintenance or related roles.
Strong knowledge of drone systems, electronics, and mechanics.
Skilled in troubleshooting complex issues and writing technical reports.
Experience mentoring teams is a plus.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Willingness to work both in the field and workshop, with some travel.
