PRTR Manufacturing Recruitment Team is supporting in the lead of Medical glove manufacturing in Lat krabang industrial estate. Currently, we are looking for Payroll Associate Manager who will be responsible to proceed payroll operations, ensure the compliance of government regulations and relevant monthly/yearly payroll reports. **Responsibilities**: - Being responsible for processing payroll, remitting payroll taxes and government reporting as well as preparing monthly, quarterly and year-end payroll statements. - Supporting the finance team to prepare the headcount report and payroll forecast on a quarterly basis. - Checking and ensuring the overtime is accurately migrated from HR system to HRC (payroll processing system) on a monthly basis. - Ensuring the withholding tax on payroll is proper reviewed and updated in payroll system. - Timely recording the payroll and ensure that the payroll accounts will be reconciled in a timely manner as well as all open unreconciled items will be timely resolved and taken actions. - Closely working with the social security office for monthly social security fund submission and ensure the annual report will be submitted to the government's agency on time. - Supporting the annual financial audit or internal audit in areas of payroll processing. - Ensuring the payment is made in accordance with the instruction from the Legal Execution Department for employee(s) who is under legally assets seizure process. - Performing other related duties as assigned. **Qualifications**: - 35-45 years old. - Bachelor's Degree in Management, Economics, Human Resource Management or any other related fields. - Minimum of 5 years of experience in compensation and benefits or payroll operation. - Strong knowledge in payroll processing and payroll system. - Experience in ERP system will advantage. - Good English in both communication and writing skills. - Knowledge of personal tax and social security regulation is a must. **Benefits**: - Provident fund 5% - Group & Health Insurance - Variable Bonus - Working Days Mon-Fri (8.00-5.00pm)After reading and understanding the criteria and minimum qualification requirements explained in the job information Payroll Associate Manager at the office ลาดกระบัง above, immediately complete the job application files such as a job application letter, CV, photocopy of diploma, transcript, and other supplements as explained above.
