Key Responsibilities:
Plan and control production to meet targets and schedules.
Control and manage Finished Goods (FG) stock effectively.
Monitor and control the shelf life of finished goods and raw materials, including the management of expiring products (FIFO/FEFO).
Process and open Production Orders in the system according to the production plan.
Coordinate with relevant departments such as Sales, Purchasing, and Production to ensure smooth production processes.
Analyze production data to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
Prepare reports and summarize production planning data.
Oversee and develop the production planning system for maximum efficiency.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering (Industrial/Production), Logistics, or other related fields.
Minimum 1 years of experience in production planning within a food manufacturing plant (experience in a food factory will be highly preferred).
Excellent command of Microsoft Excel (including advanced formulas, PivotTables, and data analysis).
Detail-oriented and able to work well under pressure.
