**Description** - Learn company products, technical information to support sales team and customers. - Communicate with customer to understand customer requirements or issues. - Coordinate with sales projects to support all data, documents about product. - Support sales team or customer to solving technical issues until finish. - Support the quality service by providing technical corrective trainings mainly focused on fitting instructions & repair tips. - Provide product troubleshooting guidelines. - Provide training and product technical support for related team and customers. - Support or participate to marketing events such as trade shows, exibition and other marketing events.
