Position Overview

The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth of luxury interior materials, focusing on Original Equipment Manufacturers (OME) and high-end project clients in the luxury market segment. This role requires a strong design background, deep understanding of interior trends, and the ability to translate technical and aesthetic needs into premium solutions. The Sales Manager will work closely with designers and luxury brand clients to position the company's products as the preferred choice for bespoke and high-value residential projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to penetrate luxury OME and premium interior markets.

  • Identify and build strong relationships with designers, architects, OEM clients, project developers, and other key stakeholders.

  • Provide design-driven product consultation, ensuring alignment with client requirements in aesthetics, functionality, and technical specifications.

  • Manage end-to-end sales cycle: prospecting, presentation, pricing, negotiation, and closing.

  • Collaborate with design and production teams to customize solutions tailored to client projects.

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in the luxury interior material industry.

  • Prepare and present regular sales forecasts, reports, and pipeline updates to management.

  • Represent the company at trade shows, design exhibitions, and networking events to enhance brand visibility.

  • Ensure customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships through excellent service and relationship management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Business, or related field (Master's degree preferred).

  • 5+ years of proven sales experience in interior materials, luxury furnishings, or related industries.

  • Strong design background with the ability to understand and communicate design concepts and technical specifications.

  • Experience working with luxury brands, OEM/OME clients, or high-end project markets.

  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Strong network within the design and luxury interior community is an advantage.

  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.

  • Fluent in English.
