About the role We are looking for a passionate and driven Sales Manager to spearhead business growth in the Rayong area. In this role, you will promote our new warehouse project and provide end-to-end logistics solutions, including air and sea freight, warehousing, trucking, and cross-border services. You will play a key role in building strong client relationships, delivering tailored logistics solutions, and achieving sales targets that drive the company's expansion.
What you'll be doing(Position Overview) We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Assistant Manager or Manager to join our team, with a key focus on driving and supporting the launch of our new operations in the Rayong area. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, while actively promoting our new warehouse project in Rayong. The scope of responsibilities includes both international and domestic logistics solutions—spanning air and sea freight, warehousing, trucking, cross-border transportation, and comprehensive end-to-end logistics services.
(Key Responsibilities) Proactively identify and approach prospective clients to drive business growth through our full-spectrum logistics services. Prepare and deliver customized logistics proposals and quotations tailored to client needs. Coordinate with operations and customer service functions to ensure efficient and high-quality service execution.
Continuously analyze market developments and competitor strategies to drive strategic business growth. Achieve established monthly and quarterly sales targets. What we're looking for
Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Engineering, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years' sales experience in the logistics industry; candidates with experience in both Japanese and non-Japanese companies are highly encouraged to apply
Good command of Spoken and Written English (Level 3 or above)Ability to work at the Eastern Seaboard, Pluak Daeng,Rayong. and willing to visit customers as needed
Own a car with a diving license
Strong communication skills, professional appearance, and effective presentation abilities
