JOB DETAIL

1. Responsible for MRO material resource development, price negotiation, order placing, contract signing, storage and payment request and other related matters; 2. Familiar with the common procurement channels and market resource distribution of MRO materials, sorted out the procurement status of MRO categories, established and optimized qualified supplier resource pool; 3. Evaluate the rationality of the needs from various departments and take procurement actions according to the needs, meanwhile ensure timely delivery in accordance with quality and quantity; Set up purchasing ledger, and regularly export category expenditure report; 4. Establish a cost control mechanism, deeply analyze the cost composition, investigate the price level of similar products in the market, and constantly optimize and control the rationality of costs; 5. Optimize the MRO procurement process and supplier management system, including supplier admission and withdrawal and performance appraisal. 6. More than 3 years of manufacturing (SMT) related MRO work experience, familiar with MRO material procurement process. 7. Experience in machine parts procurement is preferred.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Bachelor degree in Engineering - 3+ years of purchasing experience; - 3+ years of work experience in large enterprises engaged in procurement and development management related positions, with rich SMT equipment procurement experience is preferred. - Have good professional ethics, as well as excellent problem analysis and solution skills and business negotiation skills - Honest and optimistic, practical and hardworking, with a strong sense of responsibility and ability to work under pressure, high stability and high loyalty to enterprises - Proficient in Office software and ERP system. - English is at upper intermediate or above - Familiar with IATF 16949 quality management system, and can be effectively applied in practical work is a Plus.
