Spare Parts (Chinese Speaking)

Responsibilities

• Responsible for carrying out spare parts technical training. (including EPC query, etc.)

• Responsible for spare parts technical support (technical consultation, supply status, split status, alternative solutions, etc.)

• Responsible for spare parts data maintenance and update, spare parts technical information management, etc.

• Responsible for sorting out new model spare part splitting, formulating dealer reserve lists, and formulating new model spare parts dealer stock work plans.

• Responsible for spare parts claim technical status review.

• Responsible for coordinating spare parts technical information required for spare parts import customs clearance.

• Perform any other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree or above, 3 years of working experience in spare parts or after-sales in the automotive industry.

• Excellent cross-team communication and coordination skills, strong sense of responsibility, strong ability to work under pressure, and can effectively solve problems.

• Good interpersonal and communication skills.

• Proficient in using Microsoft Office software.

• Proficient in written and oral communication skills in English or the Chinese language.
