Software Production/ Customer Data Platform You will be responsible for offering our software solutions, developing long-term relationships with clients, and finding new opportunities to meet sales targets. Business Partner Executive liaises between customers and cross-functional internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs. Manage and develop client accounts to initiate and maintain favorable relationships with clients. Conduct market research to identify potential partners and industry trends. Initiate customer contact and generate interest in the organization's solutions to uncover or create sales leads. Plan and prepare for negotiation in accordance with negotiation strategies. Maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance, researching and recommending new opportunities. Sell services and products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects. Collect customer insight and Feedback team to improve product. Bachelor's Degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field. At least 1-year experience in Business Development, Sales Department. Experience in CRM or Customer Data platforms is an advantage. Self-motivated, service-minded, and able to work both independently and under pressure. Ability to translate customer requirements into solutions. Good team player with a can-do attitude. Good Communication and Presentation Skills. CRM Platform (Foreign Customer) Responsible for a sales plan of the assigned Thailand, Philippine,Malaysia. (Pipedrive CRM Platform). Responsible for finding potential leads to approach by customer industries, characteristics, size, purchasing power, etc. Manage and update sales pipeline and generate new opportunities with new leads continuously. The Monthly/Quarterly sales plan will be discussed and defined with the Director. Understand the price model and can exercise in the negotiation process with customers. Improve sales process to make it more effective continuously. To make sure that the existing clients are retained and maintained while developing the potential new customers. Understand market dynamics, competitors businesses and intentions in customers and share recommendations with the wider team. Understand the technology landscape, industry insight, and customer needs. Have a good understanding of the platform and can provide online or on-site training to customers. Qualifications. Bachelor s degree or master s degree in business administration, marketing or any related field. Experience of minimum 1-2 years in a similar role, in the IT or software product. Experience in the salesforce or other CRM Platform would be a plus. Require high energy, dynamic. Good command in English. Ability to measure and analyze key performance indicators. Excellent relational skills, problem-solving attitude. Capability to manage the complexity of understanding a new business quickly. Demonstrate the capability of strong autonomy (able to drive a stand-alone business).
