Key Responsibilities:Develop and deliver technical training programs on engines, electrical, and hydraulic systems of construction and agricultural machinery. Provide training and technical support to service teams locally and internationally. Assess training needs, prepare training materials, and conduct hands-on practical sessions.
Evaluate training effectiveness and recommend improvements. Maintain training records and collaborate with engineering/service teams to reflect the latest technical developments. Promote a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous learning.
Qualifications:Technical diploma or degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering field. Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with construction and/or agricultural machinery systems. Proven experience conducting technical training with clear and engaging communication skills.
Practical experience in servicing or repairing machinery. Willingness to travel internationally. Familiarity with training tools, learning management systems, or digital platforms is a plus.
