Job Duties/Responsibilities:Planning, Organizing, Directing and Running optimum production activities to exceed our customer expectations.
Increasing production, assets capacity and flexibility while minimizing unnecessary costs and maintaining current standards and maintain the physical security our properties. Responsibility for production output, production quality and on time shipping
Supervising various departments such as Production, Engineering, Warehouse, Quality control so that can work closely together and perform their duty to the fullest extent. Develop technology, knowledge and skills of human resources under supervision to be up-to-date, cost advantageous, and worthwhile investment to create competitiveness. Supervise work safety practices to prevent work accidents.
Qualification:Bachelor or up in Chemical Engineering or Related field. At least 5 years experienced working in Production Manager. Knowledge of new technologies to improve manufacturing processes
Spare parts management knowledge
Maintenance, both preventive and corrective, as well as planning and scheduling maintenance
Strong leadership, communication skills
Be able to work in Samutprakarn area
