What You'll Do• Oversee the preparation and serving of various beverages, including coffee and tea.• Develop a new signature coffee and refine the drink menu to align with seasonal trends.• Ensure the counter is clean, fully stocked, and always operating efficiently.• Monitor inventory, place orders, and manage stock rotation.• Provide warm, knowledgeable service to guests, guiding them through drink options.• Collaborate with management and floor staff to ensure smooth operations and a cohesive guest experience.• Resolve customer concerns professionally and proactively.
Who You Are• You have over 2 years of barista experience, with prior leadership experience preferred.• Extensive knowledge of coffee, tea, and other beverages.• Strong communication and team leadership skills.• Hands-on, reliable, and highly organized.• Capable of managing stress, multitasking, and inspiring others.• Proficient in English and comfortable in a multicultural environment.• Willing to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends.
