About the role Yacht Blast Phuket is seeking a talented Technician to join our team in Phuket on a full-time basis. As our Technician, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and repairing our fleet of luxury yachts, ensuring they are well-maintained and ready to provide an exceptional experience for our clients.What you'll be doing
Perform routine maintenance and repairs on our fleet of yachts, including engine servicing, electrical work, and general upkeep
Diagnose and troubleshoot any mechanical or electrical issues, and implement effective solutions to keep our yachts in top condition
Assist with the commissioning and decommissioning of yachts as needed
Collaborate with the wider team to ensure the safe and efficient operation of our yachts
Maintain detailed records of all maintenance activities and repairs
Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations to protect the wellbeing of our team and clients
What we're looking for
Relevant qualifications or experience in yacht maintenance and repair, with a strong understanding of marine systems and components
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and resolve complex technical issues
Proficient in the use of tools and equipment required for yacht maintenance and repair
Strong attention to detail and the ability to work accurately and efficiently
