Key Responsibilities
- Own company's digital P&L: plan, launch and optimize paid/organic campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LINE and Google Ads to drive traffic, sales and brand love.
- Build weekly social calendars and always-on email flows (welcome, promo, loyalty).
- Track KPIs daily (CTR, CPA, ROAS, engagement) and turn insights into rapid A/B tests and budget shifts.
- Brief designers and agencies; ensure all assets meet brand guidelines and speak Thai Gen-Z & millennial audiences.
- Work with ops, product and CRM teams to align digital promos with in-store LTOs and new-store openings.
- Stay ahead of platform updates and competitive moves; recommend next-gen formats (short-form video, live commerce).
Requirements
- 3-5 years running performance-driven digital campaigns for F&B or retail brands; fast-food experience is a big plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or related field.
- Fluent English & Thai (written & spoken); conversational Mandarin is an advantage.
- Proficient with Meta Business Suite, TikTok Ads, Google Ads and basic analytics tools.
- Data-driven, creative, and comfortable in a high-growth, high-pressure environment.
