Job Description

• Accounting & Reporting:

· Be accountable for general ledger posting, reconciliation, and financial reporting.

· Oversee month-end and year-end closing activities, including accurate recording of sales discounts/rebates.

· Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal governance policies.

• Tax & Audit:

· Manage tax planning and filings, including VAT-OUT monitoring and reporting.

· Coordinate with auditors and prepare documentation for both internal and external audits.

• Billing & Invoicing:

· Issue and validate invoices, ensuring pricing, discounts, and terms are accurate and ERP-compliant.

· Oversee manual and e-invoice processing and ensure timely VAT filings.

• Intercompany & Customer Transactions:

· Reconcile intercompany transactions to ensure accuracy and completeness.

· Manage customer payments and collections, resolving disputes efficiently.

• Sales Promotion & Credit Risk:

· Review sales promotion applications to ensure compliance with company policy and ERP system.

· Implement credit risk management strategies and monitor exposure.

• Process Improvement & ERP:

· Continuously enhance processes and internal controls for greater accuracy and efficiency.

· Lead the implementation or enhancement of ERP systems (preferably SAP).

• Stakeholder Collaboration:

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external parties to support business operations and compliance.

· Provide financial advice and recommendations to aid decision-making.

Qualification

1. 5-8 year working experience in finance/accounting role

2. Bachelor's degree or above in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

3. Expertise in MS Office software especially in EXCEL.

4. Experience with SAP ERP system is a strong

5. Good command of communicating in reading and writing English

6. Solid knowledge of accounting principles, tax regulations, and financial reporting standards.

7. Experience in manufacturing industry is preferred.

8. People management experience is preferred; this role will lead a team of 2+ members.

9. Familiarity with managing financial operations in a manufacturing environment.

10. Rigor, integrity, autonomy and ability to adapt quickly to changes.

11. Be open and resilient.

12. Adaptive to changes; ability to work within a fast-paced, hyper-growth environment

13. Good understanding of accounting and finance
