Job Responsibilities:Source on-hire containers from local suppliers when needed by coordinating with EMC to ensure sufficient equipment for export bookings and cost efficiency.
Arrange off-hire of containers within the assigned period and at designated locations provided by EMC to avoid additional charges from container owners.
Monitor off-hire from inbound (IB) shipments and coordinate with IBCSV to assign accurate return locations for cost-saving purposes.
Coordinate and follow up with all depots to ensure timely and accurate release of fixed port containers to customers.
Monitor container event logs to avoid missing or incorrect events, and promptly update accurate information in the system.
Check the “Oceanic” system and clean up events related to empty containers, repositioning (repo), and loading status within a timely manner.
Bachelor's degree in Maritime Studies, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience in shipping or vessel operations is an advantage, but new graduates are welcome.
Good command of written and spoken English.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer systems.
Strong coordination and communication skills, with the ability to work under pressure and a willingness to learn.
