Position: Tiktok Shop Supervisor
Responsibilities:
Maintain clear communication with TikTok for all supports (ex, price/coupon subsidy) and daily problem solving.
Supervise TikTok admin team to ensure smooth process for finance, payment, internal request functionality.
Internal communication with multiple departments (merchandise team, Customer service team, Supply Chain team, IT team etc.) to ensure the day-to-day operation is smooth.
Cross check promotional prices with price point provided by Merchandise team to ensure the correctness.
Monitor TikTok sales landscape to ensure Konvy TikTok shop's competitiveness.
Ensure Shop's health in terms of product PDP info, delivery on time, customer experience so as to avoid violation of TikTok's policy.
Good understanding of rules and regulation of TikTok.
Responsible for platform campaign joining and performance record.
Responsible for Shopping Center operation including FS and Brand Deals Day to day operation.
Align with TikTok for visibilities and ensure all visibilities are launched as we expect.
Set up seller vouchers or Platform Vouchers strategy and monitor performance of the voucher set and enhance the performance.
Check and make sure all tasks of Team Assistants are correct and can hand-over on time.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, Economic, or Management Studies.
Able to communicate in English & Thai. Chinese would be a Plus.
Prefer to have at least 3-4 years' experience in E-commerce experience.
Have experience in TikTok ads and have good understanding of set up and matching Ads strategy with Product Strategy (PSA).
Catch up on current trends, especially beauty trends.
Positive and can-do attitude.
Team Player work well with others.
