Key ResponsibilitiesDefine and execute HR strategies & policies aligned with corporate vision and long-term objectives.
Lead talent acquisition, organizational design, performance management, compensation & benefits, and employee experience initiatives.
Drive workforce planning, change management, and HR digital transformation to enhance organizational agility.
Oversee annual HR budget planning and execution, ensuring cost-effectiveness and impact.
Act as a trusted advisor to C-Level executives on workforce development, succession planning, and HR governance.

Master's Degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, HROD, Law, Political Science, or related fields
10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience (FMCG, manufacturing, or large-scale corporate background preferred)
Proven record in HR transformation, organizational development, and culture building
Strong knowledge of Thai labour law, governance, and compliance frameworks
Exceptional leadership, stakeholder management, analytical thinking, and conflict resolution skills
Professional Thai and English communication skills (spoken & written)
