Responsibilities

• Provide expert advice on refrigerator troubleshooting, repair methods, and preventive measures to customers, call center, and service partners.

• Analyze and resolve complex or escalated refrigerator service cases, including onsite technical inspections when required.

• Train and support external service partners and technicians to ensure consistent repair quality and adherence to standards.

• Collect, analyze, and report recurring technical issues to Product Development/R&D for continuous improvement.

• Develop and update technical manuals, troubleshooting guides, and knowledge base articles for internal and external use.

• Verify accuracy, functionality, and applicability of refrigerator spare parts to support Supply Chain and Service Network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree of Electrical, Electronic or related to the job field. 

• 3 years' experience as a service technician or customer service

•  knowledge of electrical, mechanical computer and analytical skills
