Key Responsibilities:
Act as a strategic advisor to department heads, translating business objectives into actionable HR strategies that drive organizational performance.
Manage strategic workforce planning initiatives, including talent management, succession planning, and organizational design, to ensure long-term capability and agility.
Collaborate with Centers of Excellence (COEs) to deliver seamless, end-to-end HR operations across key functions such as talent acquisition, compensation & benefits, learning & development, organizational culture, and employee relations.
Drive the performance management framework, embedding continuous feedback, structured reviews, and development planning to align with strategic goals.
Monitor and analyze key HR metrics and workforce data to evaluate the effectiveness of HR programs, identify emerging trends, and drive data-informed improvements.
Manage talent management initiatives, including career pathing, and leadership development, to build organizational capability and future leadership pipelines.
Drive organizational effectiveness by recommending and executing structure improvements that enhance overall people performance.
Act as a trusted advisor to leaders by swiftly addressing urgent and emergent people management challenges, ensuring timely, pragmatic, and compliant solutions that support business continuity.

Minimum Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 8 years of HR experience, preferably in industrial or heavy industry sectors.
Demonstrated hands-on experience as an HR generalist and business partner.
Strong analytical skills with experience in HR metrics, dashboards, and reporting tools.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
Highly proficient in both Thai and English (spoken and written).
