The opportunity Majesty Holdings (Asia) Co., Ltd.' is seeking a passionate and dedicated IT Support professional to join our team in Rayong. In this critical role, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and resolving IT-related issues for our employees, ensuring the smooth operation of our technology infrastructure.Key responsibilities
Providing first-line technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network-related issues
Diagnosing and resolving technical problems in a timely and efficient manner
Assisting with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer systems, software, and peripherals
Documenting and tracking support requests and resolutions
Collaborating with the IT team to identify and implement solutions to improve system performance and reliability
Providing training and guidance to employees on the use of various IT systems and applications
Ensuring the security and integrity of our IT infrastructure by following established policies and procedures
What we're looking for
At least 2 years of experience in a similar IT support role, preferably in the technology or communications industry
Strong technical skills and understanding of computer hardware, software, networking, and IT infrastructure
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
Effective communication and interpersonal skills to interact with employees at all levels
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Familiarity with common IT tools and software, such as help desk management systems, remote access tools, and Microsoft Office suiteA positive, customer-focused attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies
