Job Description:We are seeking an experienced QS Engineer to join our construction project team in Phuket. The ideal candidate will be responsible for cost estimation, budget control, contract administration, and quantity take-offs throughout the construction lifecycle. Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review Bills of Quantities (BOQ), cost plans, and tender documentation
• Evaluate project budgets, construction costs, and monitor ongoing expenditures
• Analyze drawings, specifications, and contract terms to identify discrepancies
• Coordinate with project managers, procurement teams, and contractors to ensure cost control
• Review and verify progress claims, variation orders, and payment applications
• Participate in tender evaluations and contract negotiations
• Provide accurate cost forecasting and value engineering input
• Preparing monthly cost reports ,CVC and FTCQualifications:Bachelor's degree or higher in Civil Engineering3 - 5 years of experience in quantity surveying or cost control in the construction industry

Good knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations

Familiar with standard contracts such as FIDIC, JVA, or Thai government contracts (advantage)Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, and Project Management ERPStrong analytical and communication skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team

Willing to work on-site in Phuket
