About the role
As a Supply Chain Manager at Talaypu Natural Products Co., Ltd., you will be responsible for overseeing the company's end-to-end supply chain operations. In this full-time, on-site role based in Wattana, Bangkok, you will play a key strategic role in ensuring the efficient and effective management of the company's warehousing, distribution and logistics activities.
What you'll be doing
Developing and implementing supply chain strategies to optimise costs, improve delivery times and enhance customer satisfaction
Support HOO with analysis on inventory level, Supply and Demand Planning, Purchasing Plan
Managing the company's warehousing and inventory control processes to ensure stock levels are maintained at optimal levels
To monitor material flow planning to meet production and package requirements while optimizing inventory levels
To work with OEMs / Suppliers to ensure delivery in full on time
Overseeing the distribution of products to customers, managing transportation providers and logistics partners
Analysing supply chain data to identify opportunities for improvement and implement process enhancements
Collaborating cross-functionally with the production, sales and finance teams to align supply chain activities with broader business objectives
Monitoring supply chain performance metrics and reporting on key KPIs to senior management
Leading and developing a team of supply chain professionals
What we're looking for
Significant experience (5+ years) in a supply chain management and Demand Planning and Inventory Management
Proven track record of implementing successful supply chain optimisation strategies+
Experience in material requirement planning
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and derive insights
Excellent project management and stakeholder management capabilities
Experience leading and motivating a team of supply chain professionals
Experienced work with OEM / Suppliers and 3PLs
Experienced in FMCG would be an advantage
Degree in logistics, supply chain management, operations or a related field
